Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about the 28 year old
diagnosed with menopause.  Her doctor talked to her OB who assured her that
the elevated prolactin levels were related to breastfeeding.  Her thyroid
function tests have come back normal.  She has a family history of
lymphoma, and will be worked up for that shortly. Her "hot flashes" are
more like a dripping sweat--even in cold weather with shorts on.  I do hope
that she does not have cancer.
