I have a client that would like to breastfeed or express breastmilk for her
baby but has severe psoriasis on her breasts, areolas, and nipples. Tried
low suction with pump but flanges caused cracking and weeping of skin.
suggested hand expression but she feels would be too painful.  She only
uses topical cortisone creams occasionally.  Would a tanning bed give her
any relief?
