It makes sense to me that the concentration is higher when volume is lower
(colostrum) because they don't get much. Then as concentration decreases in
relationship to volume baby increases 'dose' by imbibing many times per day.
As for the older toddler, volume is probably decreased so dose is decreased,
but by then toddler's own system is helping out. Lovely plan, right?
