Not sure if the pump mentioned in a previous pump was the same or not,
but I have seen one with this name that operates with a "trigger" action
(somewhat like the Avent). There are 2 flanges connected by a bar (with
tubing inside). The flanges can be rotated and angled to "fit" mom's
breasts. The trigger mechanism is located under the bar between the 2
sides. I was curious about it when I first say a picture but wondered
if it wasn't a little awkward. I've talked with a couple of moms since
who have tried it and neither one was very impressed. They, also,
thought the idea of being able to double pump with the effort of single
hand pumping was a good one, but it was just too awkward and
inconvenient to use. They both decided they'd rather take twice the
time and use a single manual pump.

Speaking of pumps, has anyone tried the one that was shown at recent
conferences that looks like motorized breast shells? They fit inside
the bra and have tubing that connects to collecting bags. I think they
just had a prototype there, so I'm not sure if it's available yet. It
looked intriguing and I would be interested in comments if you've had
anyone try it.

Winnie
