will not
latch I need to find a reference that a baby does not have to be
supplemented for over 24 hours Does anyone have a suggestion where I
should go??? Also does anyone have a good policy on this that they would
be interested in sharing."
Check out this article in the Journal of Human Lactation:
Glover, Jacki. Supplementation of Breastfeeding Newborns: A Flow Chart for
Decision Making. J Hum Lact, Vol. 11, No. 2, pp. 127-131.
It gives a step-by-step process to evaluate the baby's well-being and decide
what action is needed.
