Wait a minute - I thought breastmilk has lactose in it??? So how would
restricting the mother's diet matter? If it is a true lactose problem, she
couldn't breastfeed the baby, right? Would need a meat or soy based formula
without lactose? The lactose is the breastmilk sugar, not dependent on mom's
diet - or am I just really confused?
