'I'm thinking aversion due to the invasive proceedures' says Dawn.
Yes, so am I.....: (
Why was he deep suctioned? I don't undestand what 'juicey' means -
is it what we call 'mucousy'? Deep suctioning is surely very
invasive. He has had a lot happen to him - four different LCs in the
hospital may have been 'too many cooks', and you have listed a whole
ton of stuff that has happened...did anyone on the hospital staff at
any time ram him onto the breast? I would not be surprised if they
did....
Skin to skin and co-bathing would be my suggestions, (I see they are
yours, too) EBM ad lib, alongside a meeting with someone who can
offer continuity of care, follow up as long as necessary, and lots of
support like you are giving.
