Angela, which one are you referring to?  I am asking becasue I had in
mind there was more than one, but I guess maybe I'm mistaken.

I know that the Hôtel Dieu de Lévis (near Québec city) wants to become
Baby Friendly, but I don't think they're quite ready yet.
