Anemia/low iron levels can be a side effect of several vitamin and mineral
deficiencies. Supplementation with a highly absorbed vitamin/mineral complex
may correct this without further need of prescription drugs.  Unfortunately,
even chelated minerals are only 25% absorbed and patients on these
supplements usually do not find a difference in their health (regular
mineral supplements are only 3-7% absorbed - big guy Centrum is 3%!). If you
