Best wishes to all on Lactnet for whichever of the three major religious holidays you are celebrating round this time.  Or the secular holidays, if this is your family's choice.  Enjoy the festival, the special food, and the company of your families and dear ones.
    I know some of you will be working on holidays that are special to you, providing a service to mothers and babies in your working situation, be it paid work or voluntary counselling.  I hope you do not have too busy a shift, and not too many calls from mothers who have eaten lots of sage in poultry stuffing and are worrried about supply.  Let us all think of our colleagues who are working, as births and breastfeeding don't (shouldn't) keep office hours.
