HI - this is Janna in CT, CPNP, IBCLC. I am working with a mother with a super abundant supply. She is plagued with plugged ducts, and adheres to the massage, feed baby in varying positions, no underwire and if possible no bra, no tummy sleeping, careful w/baby carriers/slings, etc. But she still gets them. I had heard about lecithin, and recommended taking that - but her baby is allergie to soy (truly - had documented allergie colitis from cow's milk protein and soy). So - is there anything else? Am I making it up or is grapeseed oil extract helpful? thanks! janna
Happy New Year!
