That was me, Elisheva :) I think that the reason it made a difference
was not that I was "supercharging" my own milk, but that I was a bit
anemic to begin with, and supps returned my milk to normal levels. This
had been suggested to me by another Lactnetter in a different context,
who has apparently seen it work this way many times. If she recognizes
herself here, perhaps she would share her experience.
