Hello,
I haven't posted for a while, but I am finally staying on top of my e-mail
(no more weeks behind) and I have a question for the group. I have a mom in
my CBE class and we were discussing nipple types (inverted and such and how
it may affect breastfeeding) and she was wondering about her nipple. I took
a quick look, but I haven't seen too many nipples (mostly read about the
differences). It looks almost like she has 2 small nipples. One close to
the "regular" size and shape and one a bit smaller underneath about 1/2 to 1
inch away. I am thinking that the baby should be able to latch on the top
section. Any words of advise or wisdom for this mom-to-be?
Has anybody ever worked with a mom with a nipple like this have any helpful
hints for this mom?
Thanks.
