Winnie and all the others who are labouring in this very hostile environment
have my deepest sympathy.  I read these tales with horror.  I'm obviously
missing something, but isn't any kind of advertising to mothers and
distribution of free formula a blatant violation of the Code?  And didn't
the US finally agree to abide by the Code?  How are these kinds of practices
permitted to continue??  What *is* the legal position??
