I would recommend taking the opportunity and the opportunity to amiably but
firmly cast aspersions on Ross' sponsorship of the event.
Unfortunately, breastfeeding advocates have scanty financial resources
compared with the coffers of private industry and these tough decisions will
always be there.
What does one do when one is invited to speak about breastfeeding on a TV
show partially sponsored by one of the conglomerates who have ABM as one of
their many products? And do you write a commissioned article for a magazine
which accepts ABM ads?
Obviously, if their are efforts to censor or influence your remarks, this is
a different situation.
I vote for speaking strongly noting your objections to their presence.
