Katrina, the mother should ask the doctor for HIS reference. He'll come up
empty-handed. If he DOES produce something even remotely resembling a real
reference, I'd like to see it.
In fact, during lactation a woman's body processes nutritients more
efficiently than at any other time. Any child 21 months old is tiring,
breastfed or not. And if he's breastfeeding, there's at least ONE thing she
can do to comfort / calm him down / keep him healthier.
