I had to bring my nursing baby to court to testify as an LC several years
ago. This may be a bit unusual, since I had known this judge personally for a
couple of years, but when I asked him about bringing my baby in, he seemed
surprised that I would have to ask and was quite casual about it. I took him
into the courtroom and had someone walk in the hall with him only while I
testified.
