My personal pondering over this is do these people believe that if
someone smokes it doesn't increase the risk of lung cancer because
"great Aunt Beebee didn't die of that, and she smoked a pack a day", or
do they believe that if someone eats only disgusting unhealthy fatty
foods they don't have an increased risk of becomming obese because
"great uncle Tom ate like that and was skinny as a rake"?
I mean really...genetics does play a large role here too...but it's not
written up on your forehead how you will fare with bad quality food
(fatty unhealthy burgers, for instance, or formula!) or bad quality
"air" (smoke).
Maybe you will be fine, but you've got less of a chance of being so than
someone who does everything possible to stay as healthy as possible.
