good point. In fact, there is a "formula" for people of
all ages, stages and circumstances. Look in the same pharmancies
and supermarkets on the shelf for people who exercise, elderly,
middle aged, you-name-it. I must say, this phenomenon does baffle
me, but then I like to cook and work at giving my family
tasty, well balanced meals.
