I don't have a special name, but most of my clients end up asking "Do
you think that it is just gas that makes them smile?" (referring to a
popular American belief that intestinal gas pains cause the smiles).  To
which I brightly reply, "Of course not!  When's the last time that *you*
smiled when you had gas?  She's smiling because she's *happy.*"  Of
course baby has usually just fallen off the breast in light sleep and
the connection is clear.
