I asked a few days ago for info on bfing and Ephedra. While no one
recommended using while bfing, the reason I was asking was that *I'd* been
asked by the helper of a woman who'd already eaten a candy bar w/ Ephedra as
an ingredient and who'd been told by her HCPs to wean for 48 hours. By the
time I got info (Ephedra is ephedrine and pseudoephedrine, both of which are
in Hale), it had already been 24 hours. Her sister had been wet nursing,
and she opted to resume nursing immediately on getting the information.
All's well that ends well. Thanks, lactnet :-)
