Hushabye Baby Blue by Kathi Appelt is one I purchased recently. It includes
nursing as one of the things done to gently settle down for bed. It's a
board book designed at the toddler to three range.
There are more listed here: <A HREF="http://www.drjaygordon.com/reading/kidsbooks.htm">Recommended Reading - Children's Books</A>

I also have The Best Gifts by Marsha Forchuk Skrypuch and like the message
of the book. It follows a infant girl as she grows up and then nurses her
own baby as her mother nursed her. The pictures would appeal to a
toddler/preschooler, but the message is more appropriate for a bit older.
Hope that helps.
