I noticed the Target ad too, I had reported them last year for major
violations of the WHO Code, they had formula advertised WITH pictures of
infants on them. I had several conversations with Pat White, 33 South 6th
Street, PO 1392, CC-48C, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I would be thrilled to know they had decided not to violate the code, I have
missed them the past year.
I may send them a note too.
