A quote from the NYT article
"We do know that for women with PCB's at the high end of the range in the
American population, their babies have reduced IQ...." Dr. Landrigan said.

Imagine the impact of the insertion of a few additional words

"We do know that for women with PCBs at the high end of the range in the
American population, their babies have reduced IQ but not as reduced as
babies fed infant formula"

Why not?
