Hi,
I usually lurk but had to speak up. I am an LLLL and IBCLC wannabe living in
NYC.
I am one of the moms who appeared on GMA both last Tuesday and back in the
spring.
For those of you who did not see these shows the only "us vs them" came from
the graphics dept and the GMA hosts. None of the 15 women hanging out in the
green room were judging each other just like none of the women out in the
playground are arguing. I even pointed that out to Dr Nancy who tried to move
on - but thanks to coaching from Liz Baldwin "they can't shut you up when you
are miked."

I have appeared on these shows to be an example of a "normal" woman doing
what is natural.

And by the way, Dr Nancy encouraged the moms to argue! No surprise there -
after all - the bottom line - TV is entertainment!
