I suggest you set your printers for color printing. The Globe is printed in
light blue lettering.  Blue is very difficult to read when printed with
black inkjet ink.  Blue usually photocopies poorly.  If that's the process
to turn The Globe into a PDF format, maybe they should change to black
printing if they plan to continue web site publishing.

The ILCA Globe staff listing on page 2 and the ILCA B of D list on page 6
are almost completely illegible because of the blue ink and very small font.
