You wrote about the physician below as being unfriendly (sounds like
downright hostile to me) toward breastfeeding mothers on the show...

I remember a few years ago I responded, as part of Media Watch, to an article
she wrote about breastfeeding in Baby Talk ; she uses herself and personal
experience as a baseline for research, a quite unprofessional but common
mistake of some health care professionals. It seems to me she responds as
the guilty/angry mom discussed on LN in the past. And two months of
breastfeeding doesn't prevent ear infections does it? It's frustrating that
such negativism comes from a health care professional, but then Baby Talk has
such "wonderful" formula ads throughout...
