I have read Dr. Hale on the use of progestin contraceptive pills and he
mentions some effect on milk composition and volume with accompanying lower
weight gains in the infant.

I have a client who has the prescription and is wanting to know what other
women have experienced with this drug. Her baby is 7 weeks old, gaining
well, and Mother's milk supply is good.

What has been the experience of you LCs out there in practice?
