In my opinion the best information on adoptive breastfeeding is on the internet. The ABRW website (that someone else listed) has links to many many of them. There are also two email lists for women who are adoptive breastfeeding and they are both a good source of support and information.
In print, I really like the WHO booklet on Relactation because it presents a good review of the research in this area. Unfortunately a lot of the information about adoptive breastfeeding that is in print does not reflect the research. If you are looking at buying anything I would definitely recommend this booklet over the book "Breastfeeding the adopted baby". My personal opinion is that it majors on things that are not so important (eg a whole chapter on nutrition) and misses out on other issues.
