The local IBCLC here knows of one case of a lady in an automobile
accident during her pregnancy (i.e. when the lactation canals are going
through a big change...perhaps this is part of the problem, the other
time being during puberty...?) whose breast didn't output much.  The
other one did fine.

However, many people are able to nurse off just one breast, as we
know...so if this is the case, I don't see that it's a reason to panic.
