Hi, all: I have found a source of oxytocin spray via the archives for a
mother, but I couldn't really find what dose and timing of doses works best.
Is it best to spray it during a feeding when no natural let-down occurs, or
to anticipate by spraying prior to a feeding? If no let-down occurs, how
often and at what intervals is it repeated? Please e-mail privately in
addition to responding to the list, as I am mostly lurking. TIA, Alicia
Dermer, MD, IBCLC.
