Obviously (obviously!) soy formula is a dangerous food. But, scientific
criticism of a diet high in soy products and other nondairy and non-meat
protein sources misses the point:
The "normal" diets of Americans and Europeans are less healthy than the "soy
alternative."
The soy should be organically derived, non-GMO and part of a diverse,
dairy-free diet.
The average person is, instead, eating cheese ten times/week, drinking cow's
milk and eating rather highly-chemicalized unhealthy meats as the major
sources of protein.
I'll take the soy risk any day.
