Are diet directions given regarding no sugar, no white flour
or rice or mushrooms, beer and wine, blue cheese, vinegar and such
fermented foods, unless they are salty instead of sweet?

There are supplements that will help keep yeast in check,
such as Nutri-West's Yeast Redux.  My husband has taken it.
