Gail, I usually recommend Fenugreek, 2 capsules three times/day instead
because it just seems easier, and I believe it is a more concentrated form
of galactogogue. I expect that a herbalist would have more information
about the tea because it contains a number of herbs, and perhaps there is a
synergistic effect, making it a better choice. Sweeteners or juice could
help the taste if it's a problem. Personally, I would probably be more
compliant with capsules and there is no taste issue.
