Just for hah ha's , I decided to try and prove my theory that it is almost
entirely a construct of ABM companies to "ged Dad in on bonding/helping Mom
out" I found these gems on the ABM company websites:

"There are many benefits of breastfeeding, but there are conveniences of
formula-feeding too. For example, when youıre breastfeeding, you are your
babyıs only source of nutrition. When heıs ready to eat (even at 2 a.m.),
only you can feed him. When youıre formula-feeding your baby, your babyıs
father, brothers and sisters, grandparents, and other family members or
friends can feed him too...and are usually happy to give him a bottle and
give you a break! (Of course, you can always have family members or friends
feed your baby a bottle of expressed breast milk too.)"

"Parents choose to formula feed for a variety of reasons:

* The desire to have Dad or other caregivers share feedings."

I didn't look into bottle and teat manufacturers, as I made the mistake of
"browsing" these websites (which were M--- J------ and A----, respectively)
and it was infuriating enough. I don't recommend it.
