I researched this very topic about a month ago and contacted a number of
lactnetters directly for their input. They very kindly summarized and/or
faxed me their institution's policies.

The majority had policies that said:
1. inform recipient baby's MD
2. inform donor mom and mother of baby receiving the breastmilk that an
exposure occurred
3. test donor mom and mother of the baby receiving the breastmilk

Hope this helps.
