Question for the dieticians and biology buffs, as well
as all you BFing advocates:
Could a ketogenic/high fat diet be achieved, at least
in part, by separating mother's milk and giving baby
the high fat portion?  Yes, it sounds pretty involved,
but if Mom is willing to pump and the fat content in
her milk is enough to meet Baby's needs, could it
work?  This baby with problems is in need of mama's
milk; I would think even a partial diet of breastmilk
would benefit him/her.  Also, as much skin-to-skin
contact as possible, and maybe "dry" breastfeeding??
