     What a great weekend and teachable time....this job is wonderful most of the time.     An old ob nurse I used to work with used to say "Dressings are for salads on OB' as she would remove c/s dressings at the earliest possible moment and get the mom into the shower.  I have often wanted to use that great line but it didn't quite fit.............until today.  When a mom asked me about a feeding schedule for her baby I said 'Schedules are for buses'  (or trains)
and then explained the 1st week I & O log, feeding cues, and cluster feeds.
