was recommending weaning since it must be the motherīs milk causing the
fever. Any thoughts on this?

AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Does the baby get warm and sweaty?  Many BF babies do while nursing,
especially if the environmental temp is higher than usual (like 90's)  Is it
a tactile (mom touches forhead) temperature or a real temperature with a
real thermometer?  I really strongly doubt that mom's milk has anything to
