I don't know about the questions you asked but the editor might be
interested in tying in their experience with the article in BMJ (week before
last) in which marketing of pharmaceuticals in the guise of 'education' is
discussed. Rachael Myr, in a rapid response to the journal questions whether
the formula manufacturers do the same (now would that be true??? :-)
That link might make their experience newsworthy.
