She might find someone with a similar situation on the BFAR mailing list
(BF after reduction). It is with yahoogroups.com but she can get the
instructions for subbing at www.bfar.com I think.
It is only for women who have had a reduction and are looking for bf
info, not for any outsiders that I know of (i.e. it is heavily
moderated) so I don't know what the list is like, but a mom I know who
had a BR seems to enjoy it and get good ideas off there especially with
respect to things like tricks on how to use a lact-aid or SNS or things
like that.
