some years ago, as i was discussing how to decrease engorgement, with a
couple from Asia, the husband said "I take milk out", I was impressed, but
puzzled, so asked "oh, how do you do that?", and he motioned that he did so
with his mouth.
that was the first time i had heard a husband say this so i was surprised,
but made a conscious effort to hide my surprise, and said "oh very good, that
would work well". nevertheless, they still wanted a pump.
