Another system for filing articles etc. that fit under several
categories is to number each article as you get it and file them in
sequence.  Then under each topic, you list the article numbers that
relate and maybe a brief description or at least the title and
author..  This can be done by computer or with file cards. For
example: your article number 123 is titled  "The failure to thrive
infant: what and how to feed".  It  might have cards under "FTT",
"supplementing", and "alternate feding methods".  If the article
referred to latch problems contributing to FTT, a card would also be
under "latch".  File folders with the articles are then simply
labeled "1-50" 51-100" or whatever number fit comfortable in the
folder.
