She feels her milk supply is low.  Their latch is fine.....the babies weights
are fine according to Dr.

Might the best solution be to convince the Mom that supply IS adequate by
tuning in to wettings.  Truly, she does not need the headache of pumping and
supping with EBM and taking galactagogues if they are not needed as this
seems as if it may be a classic case of "perceived" supply inadequacy.
Having been a Mom of exclusively nursing twins, I do know that she will hear
a LOT of people telling her it isn't possible and it can be a mental battle
to overcome that with positive thoughts.
