Pat, I agree and as I said, this is a huge problem in my community. But, I also think sending a bf baby home with a bottle also requires the same follow-up and should be thought of as a liability risk as well. If it isn't, then I can see hospitals choosing to limit supplement use to bottles to avoid liability.
