Lacnetter's,
I have a question that may be elementary, but I don't know where else to
look and a number of mothers have asked me for more info.
When a mom continues to nurse a child into toddlerhood and beyond and/or
tandem nurses how many calories does she burn? I know the 'standard' is 500
calories a day per child, but is that not just in the early months? How
does this change as the nursling(s) grow older? Do we know?
TIA
