Greetings all,
I am in the process of getting our fledgling
Breastfeeding Resource Center off the ground and on
firm footing from a policy and procedure standpoint.
Instead of reinventing the wheel, I was hoping some
kind souls would be willing to share job descriptions
and policies for their centers. Of particular
interest at this point would be director/coordinator
job descriptions and services offered and who performs
those services. This is not my area of expertise and
I am going into the 'administrator" role kicking and
screaming because I don't want to lose contact with
the moms and babies. So how do you administor a
program and still get to do the fun stuff? Inquiring
minds want to know.
