The legislators should be asked how long some of them sucked their
thumbs or were allowed to use a pacifier.  Many children today are
switched from fingers to a pacifier due to orthadonture issues and keep
using them while in the lower grades.  The uppermost age of that oral
gratification habit should be the upper age for breastfeeding.
