I don't know if there are places where things about bf are said the
"right way", like we know, should imply bf as "the norm" and artificial
feeding as sub-normal...but I was totally totally surprised to see that
our hand-outs for "Allaitement Québec" (=Québec Breastfeeding) state
things this way:

"Infants fed synthetic milks have higher risks of developping the
following medical conditions...(list continues)" "The cost of
artificial feeding is a lot higher than that of breastfeeding, even if
one includes pump rental, nursing pads, etc."...and the likes.

I was practically blown over...that we managed to put out something like
this here in lil' ole Québec! In French! ;-)

Fio (back from her 2nd day volunteering for them...).
