1.  I do believe that part of the support I receive from Lactnet is based on my ability to express my feelings as a Lactation Consultant and the personal frustrations that that involves.  If I "sound off," I appreciate having a place to express myself--if not here, where else?  I attempt in using this outlet to be as rational as possible and to follow the rules.  I hope to learn from others with more experience both technical as well as personal how to be more professional in my practice.

2.  I am really surprised by the volume of mail on this pornography subject and agree with Kathleen Bruce that it is not really in the Lactnet realm (to paraphrase with apology to KB).  Can we drop it and move on now?

Hope I am not being self-contradictory here.
